Back in New York City, “Mean Girls” actress Lindsay Lohan hit a few bars. At one point, she also hit the sidewalk, but she says she wasn’t drunk, she’s just one of these. Lohan is accused of stealing a necklace worth this much, but she recently refused a plea deal.
