Two Chinese Paintings Sold for 18.02 Mln HKD at Sotheby's

 The picture taken on Oct. 4, 2011 shows the painting "Buffaloes" of Xu Beihong in Hong Kong, south China. Zhang Daqian's "White Turtle Dove and Red Leaves" and Xu Beihong's "Buffaloes" were both hammered at 18.02 million Hong Kong dollars in Sotheby's Hong Kong Fine Chinese Paintings Autumn Sale 2011. Sotheby's presented 360 artworks from the artists like Zhang Daqian, Fu Baoshi, Wu Guanzhong, Qi Baishi and Xu Beihong.
